Redemption codes are issued for the exclusive use of the purchasing organisation's own employees and may not be resold, published publicly, or shared outside that organisation. Partnership and sponsorship arrangements (training programmes, custom online programmes, quiz sponsorships) are governed by the specific terms agreed directly with us at the time; where nothing more specific has been agreed, the general terms on this page apply. 16. Free-Only Quizzes & Certificate Availability A small number of quizzes are marked "Free Only" and never offer a paid unlock; once their free questions are used up, the quiz simply ends and no certificate is issued for that attempt, since not all questions were answered. Separately, certificate verification for a specific quiz — or sitewide — can be temporarily suspended if an issue is ever found with a quiz's questions or scoring; this doesn't erase your recorded result, and normal verification resumes once it's resolved. 17. A flat reissue fee, shown at the time of your request, applies and is confirmed manually the same way as every other payment on this Platform. Submitting a request gives you a reference code to check its status; the download unlocks once payment is confirmed. Requesting a reissue does not alter the certificate itself, its issue date, or its verification record — it only provides a fresh copy of what was already issued.
