Get Your Pairing Code
Once approved, you get a unique pairing code to share with your trainee — or find them directly by email.
Get Approved
Every pairing request is reviewed by an administrator before you gain access to a trainee's sandbox.
Monitor Progress
See every task your mentee completes — employees added, payroll processed, leave managed.
Verify & Approve
Review each task and mark it as Mentor Approved when you are satisfied with the quality.
Leave Guidance
Add notes per task to guide the trainee and share your professional experience.
Request More Tasks
Need to extend the programme? Request additional task blocks for deeper practice.
Issue Certificate
Generate the Certificate of Mentorship once all tasks are verified — your name appears on it.
Earn Recognition
Build up completed pairings to unlock Certified, Advanced, and Professional Mentor tiers.
