Advertising Terms of Use

1. Who These Terms Are For These Advertising Terms of Use apply to any business or individual ("Advertiser") that sponsors a quiz category, places an advert shown during quiz play, or otherwise pays HRIS & Payroll Academy for promotional placement on the Platform. They sit alongside — not instead of — our general Terms of Use. 2. How Placements Are Arranged Every sponsorship or advert placement is arranged directly with us (via the "Sponsor a Quiz" / partnership channels described on our Partnerships page, or by contacting us directly) and confirmed manually once payment is agreed — there is no self-service checkout. Placements are recorded with a start date, end date, and (for sponsorships) whether they cover the whole quiz or just its free preview questions. 3. What You're Buying A quiz sponsorship may include: a "Sponsored By" banner and logo on the relevant quiz card, an in-quiz branded strip while the quiz is being played, and credit on Certificates of Knowledge issued for that quiz while your sponsorship is active (subject to the certificate-credit setting being enabled). A quiz advert is shown as an interstitial at intervals during quiz play, as described when the placement was agreed. Exact placements, dimensions and duration are whatever was agreed with you at the time and reflected in the admin record for your booking. 4. Content Standards Advert and sponsorship creative (headline, body text, images, links) must be accurate, not misleading, and lawful. We do not accept creative that is discriminatory, sexually explicit, promotes illegal activity, or infringes someone else's intellectual property. We may decline, edit for formatting, or remove any submission that doesn't meet this standard, and will let you know if we do. 5. Images You Provide If you upload an image for your advert or sponsor logo, you confirm you own it or have the right to use it, and that it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights. We may resize or reformat it to fit our layouts without changing its substance. 6. Fees & Payment Fees are whatever was agreed directly with us for your specific placement and period — there is no fixed public rate card. Payment is confirmed manually, the same way as every other payment on this Platform; your placement goes live once we've confirmed it. 7. Duration & Renewal A placement runs for the agreed start and end dates. Once the end date passes, the placement automatically stops showing (a sponsorship falls back to our default/fallback sponsor if one is configured, or shows no sponsor at all) — nothing renews automatically unless we've separately agreed that with you. 8. Reporting On request, we can provide a performance summary for your sponsorship or advert (participants, completion rate, average score, certificates issued, as applicable) covering the period it ran. 9. No Guarantee of Results We don't guarantee a specific number of impressions, clicks, or business outcomes from any sponsorship or advert placement. Traffic and engagement vary. 10. Cancellation Either party may agree to end a placement early by mutual agreement. Fees already paid for the agreed period are handled according to whatever was agreed at the time of booking; please raise any concern with us directly. 11. Changes We may update these Advertising Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time you agree to a new placement is the one that applies to it. 12.
