Getting Started
A hands-on training programme built on a real, working HR and Payroll Management System. Instead of watching videos, you practice directly in a private sandbox copy of the actual software — onboarding employees, running payroll, managing leave, and more.
It depends on how deep you want to go. Starter Track covers core HR records and leave management. Professional Track adds full payroll processing (PAYE, NAPSA, NHIMA), contracts and reporting. Corporate Track adds performance management, training records, audit trails and a completion certificate. Mentorship Track covers everything in Corporate Track plus a dedicated mentor who verifies your work and co-signs your certificate. Each tier fully includes everything in the one below it.
No. All tracks are designed to be started with no prior software experience. The Professional and Corporate tracks assume no payroll background either — PAYE, NAPSA and NHIMA calculations are taught as part of the course.
Pricing & Payment
Most packages include a registration fee, shown at checkout before you pay. The exact amount and whether it applies at all is configurable per package, so always check the price breakdown on the registration page for the most current figure.
If you have a discount code, enter it during registration to reduce your course price. Don't have one? Visit the "Apply for a Code" page to purchase one directly, or ask about promotional codes from our team.
Accepted payment methods (mobile money, bank transfer, etc.) are listed on the registration and payment pages. After paying, you'll submit your payment reference for confirmation — access is activated once payment is confirmed.
Mentorship
A dedicated mentor is paired with your account. They review and verify each task you complete (rather than you self-marking your own progress), give feedback along the way, and personally co-sign your Certificate of Mentorship at the end — the strongest credential the Academy offers.
Where available, trainees on other tracks can request to unlock mentor pairing as a paid add-on from the "Find a Mentor" page. If the add-on isn't currently enabled, mentorship stays exclusive to the Mentorship Track.
Yes. Either you or your mentor can request a transfer to a different mentor. If your mentor initiates it, you'll always be asked to agree before it's finalised — a mentor can never be swapped out from under you without your say-so.
Access & Certificates
Each package includes a fixed access window (shown on the package details). If it runs out before you're done, you can purchase more hours to reactivate your sandbox — your progress is never lost.
Yes, where enabled. You can request to move up to a higher-tier package from your dashboard — you'll pay only the price difference (plus a small admin fee, if applicable). Upgrades only go one way, to a higher tier, and your access window resets to the new package's full duration once approved.
Corporate Track and Mentorship Track both include a certificate on completion — the Mentorship Track's is personally co-signed by your mentor. You can also request a printed hard copy for an additional fee. Anyone can verify a certificate's authenticity from the public Verify Certificate page.
Yes. Open the relevant certificate's verification page (linked in our footer), verify your certificate code, then use the "Request Re-issue & Download" button that appears once it's confirmed valid. There's a small flat reissue fee, shown before you submit the request.
Reissue requests are confirmed manually, the same way as every other payment on this Platform — once you've paid and we've confirmed your payment reference, your download unlocks on the status page using the reference code you were given when you submitted the request.
No. A reissue only gives you a fresh downloadable copy of the exact certificate already on record — the certificate code, issue date, and everything shown on the public verification page stay exactly the same.
Quizzes
Free, no-login trivia quizzes on HR and labour law topics — currently The Employment Code, Industrial Relations, Workers' Compensation, and Health & Safety at Work. Find them under "Quizzes" in the main menu.
No. Just click a quiz, enter your name, choose how long you want per question, and start — no registration or login required.
The first 15 questions of any quiz are free (this number is configurable by the site admin, so it may occasionally differ). Questions are drawn randomly from that quiz's question bank, so no two attempts play out exactly the same.
If that quiz has more questions beyond the free limit, you'll be asked to pay a small fee to unlock the rest — using the same payment methods and "submit your reference, we'll confirm it" process used elsewhere on this site.
Once we confirm your payment, we'll message you on WhatsApp with a link back to your exact quiz, picking up right where you left off — no need to start over.
Yes — before starting, choose a countdown time per question. If time runs out on a question, it's automatically marked and the quiz moves on.
No — questions are shuffled into a random order for every attempt, so retaking a quiz gives you a fresh run-through.
Yes. If you retake the same quiz from the same device within your access window (shown on the payment page, 3 hours by default), it unlocks automatically — you'll see a note confirming your access is still active and won't be asked to pay again. The clock counts down from your original payment, not from each retake.
It's a shortcut for visitors who already paid but whose browser wasn't automatically recognised — for example after clearing cookies, using a different device, or switching from WiFi to mobile data. Enter the phone number you paid with; if it matches a confirmed payment for that quiz made within the access window, you're unlocked immediately with no need to submit a new payment.
It shares that quiz with someone else — tap 💬 to open WhatsApp with a message and link already written (just pick who to send it to), or tap 🔗 to copy the quiz link so you can share it anywhere.
Yes — score at or above the pass mark shown on the quiz and you'll be issued a downloadable Certificate of Knowledge with a unique certificate code. Anyone can confirm it's genuine on the Verify Quiz Certificate page.
A single certificate that combines several individual Certificates of Knowledge into one credential — useful once you've passed multiple quizzes and want one document listing them all, instead of handing over several separate certificates. The number of distinct quizzes required is shown on the Consolidated Certificate page.
Open the Consolidated Certificate page and paste in the certificate codes from your individual Certificates of Knowledge — each is checked instantly. Once you've verified enough distinct quizzes, a request form appears for your details and (if there's a fee) your payment reference. Once confirmed, your certificate link is sent to your WhatsApp.
Yes. Anyone can enter the certificate code on the Verify Consolidated Certificate page to confirm it's genuine and see which quizzes it covers — the same way individual quiz certificates and course completion certificates are verified.
Yes — every quiz starts with a set number of free questions, no account or payment needed. How many are free varies by quiz; it's shown on each quiz card and in its "More Info" popup.
It depends on the quiz. Most quizzes let you unlock the remaining questions for a small one-time fee, using the same payment process as the rest of the site. A few quizzes are marked "Free Only" and simply end there with a friendly completion message — those never charge for the rest, but they also don't offer a certificate, since not every question was answered.
Complete a quiz and score at or above the passing percentage shown on that quiz's page. Once you qualify, a downloadable Certificate of Knowledge is generated automatically — no extra request needed.
Yes. Once you've passed enough different quizzes, you can request a Consolidated Certificate of Knowledge from the "Build Your Certificate" page, listing every quiz you've passed on one certificate.
Anyone can check a certificate's authenticity, with no login needed, from the Verify Quiz Certificate (or Verify Consolidated Certificate) page using the certificate code printed on it.
In rare cases (for example, if an issue is found with a quiz's questions or scoring), certificate verification for that quiz — or sitewide — can be temporarily paused while it's looked into. This doesn't erase your result; it's a precaution, and normal verification resumes once it's resolved. Contact support if you have questions about a specific certificate.
Yes — Corporate Quiz Access lets an employer purchase a batch of seats for one or more quizzes, with a single access code their employees redeem individually. The company contact also gets a private, no-login report link to track their team's progress.
Once a Corporate Quiz Access batch's access period ends, its live report can be locked behind a one-time fee (set by the site) to unlock a permanent, frozen snapshot of the final results — so the report stays available and unchanged even though the quiz period is over. If the fee is set to zero, it's unlocked automatically at no cost.
Some quizzes are sponsored by a business, whose name/logo appears on the quiz card and can be credited on the certificate. Interstitial adverts may also appear every few questions to support keeping the quizzes free. Neither affects your score or the questions you're asked.
Partnerships
A way for a company to pay for a block of quiz seats for its employees instead of each person paying individually. We hand you one redemption code and a private, no-login report link so you can see how your team is doing. Ask us about it from the Partnerships page, or the callout on the Quizzes page.
Each employee starts the quiz as normal. When they reach the paywall, they open the "Have a Corporate Access Code?" box, enter the code along with their own name and phone number, and they're unlocked immediately — no payment, no account needed.
Yes. Every Corporate Quiz Access batch comes with a private report link — no login required — showing seats used, completion rate, average score, certificates earned, and a per-employee breakdown. Bookmark it; it updates automatically as your team takes the quiz.
Sponsoring a quiz puts your brand in front of every visitor who takes that quiz — a "Sponsored By" banner, credit on the certificate, and a report on how the quiz itself is performing. Corporate Quiz Access is different: it's for when you want your OWN employees to take a quiz, with your company covering the cost of their seats.
